The device has a gate (10) for a closure in a lane (3') of a road across a track. A pair of poles (11, 12) is placed in respective sides of the lane of the road and the gate is provided in a horizontal position and exhibits up and down movements between the poles. A top bar (13) has an upper end and is equipped with a set of signaling devices (8) e.g. display lights alerts. The gate is placed behind the top bar and has a hanging fence, where the security device is ring shaped.
