摘要

A method for improving the regenerative ability of sugarbeet callus cultures with complex resistance to abiotic stress factors includes: selecting resistant calluse lines on selective media with sodium chloride, hardening the calusses with low positive temperatures and short-term treatment with negative temperatures, speedy growing of the calluse mass, explantating the resistant calluses onto a regenerative medium for inducing the organogenesis, cultivating up to obtaining micro-rosettes. A modified medium and a regenerative one are used.
