Method for determination of serum immunoglobulins G, A, M includes preparation of basis for dissolution of agar gel in it, mixing gel with anti-serum, cutting holes in gel, bringing in entigene, implementation of immuno-diffusion with obtaining rings of precipitation in agar body, evaluation of precipitate and calculation of number of immunoglobulins by calibration graphs with respect to control human serum with known concentrations of three immunoglobulins G, A, M. As basis for preparation of agrr gel one uses borate buffer with pH 8.4 and with content of sodium tetraborate (borax) and borate acid.
