Method for determination of serum immunoglogulins G, A, M includes preparation of basis for dissolution of agar gel there, mixing gel with anti-serum, cutting sockets in gel application of antigen, implementation of immuno-diffusion with obtaining rings of precipitation in agar gel, evaluation of precipitate and calculation of number of immunoglobuling by calibration graphs with respect to control human serum with known concentrations of three immunoglobulins G, A, M. As basis for preparation of agar gel one uses distillated water in which one dissolves agar.
