Express-method for determination of concentration and dimensions of nano-particles of colloid solution based on Tindal effect, is in lighting nano-particles of colloid solution by coherent light beam, with evaluation of value of optical absorption and diffusion of radiation by means of measurement of length and intensity of Tindal cone observed in light beam, with following analysis of data obtained through comparison of data obtained to similar data obtained for colloid solutions with known concentrations and known dimensions of nano-particles. Evaluation of value of optical absorption and diffusion of radiation is performed at observation of Tindal cone in solid angle with opening smaller than 60° ((60/4)° steradian), mostly less than 30° ((30/4)° steradian).
