摘要

A process for the preparation of carotin concentrate in oil from alga, vegetating in sodium chloride brines, comprises destruction of alga by the action of ultrasound, codeposition of carotin with magnesium hydroxide with the intensification by ultrasound, dehydration and carotin extraction from the obtained concentrate by oil.
