The invention relates to analytical chemistry, in particular to determination of perchlorate in water solutions by method of spectroscopy of diffusive reflection or chemo-luminescent method and can be used in analysis of drinking, surface and subsurface waters, in control of processes of water purification, in scientific investigations. Problem of the invention decrease of the lower limit of determination of perchlorate in water solution and decrease of time consumption. To solve the problem there are proposed: method for determination of perchlorate (SDV) through obtaining ion associate of perchlorate with cation dye rhodamine, its concentration on indicator and determination on indicator by method of spectroscopy of diffuse reflection; method for determination of perchlorate (HL) through obtaining ion associate of perchlorate with rhodamin, concentration on indicator and determination by method of chemo-luminescence at addition of special reagents. As indicator one uses cellulose (paper of membrane) filter, native of modified with cation surface-active substance. Realization of the SDV method provides the lower boundary of determination 0,02-0,05mg/dmlO, and HL method - 0,005-0,01mg/dmlO. Time needed for determination is 3-5 minutes.
