The invention relates to fire arms. A mechanical universal device for shooting cartridges equipped with missiles with non-fatal effect, and gas and noise cartridges, is made without stick, and barrel that can move in channel of frame under pressure of hammer spring strikes front part of the cartridge and strikes it on the head that is fixed behind the cartridge. The shoot takes place at pressing cocker handle that controls interrupter that provides feeding cartridge to shooting line and throwing out shot shell through window of bolt. The device differs from any fire arms by its design, and its safe use is provided.
