1. toroidal diffuser for lighting systems used for lighting of visual comfort and high luminous efficiency of the lamp or circular fluorescent tubes, comprising a circular crowns, characterized in having a flat base (5) on which a diffuser assembly consists of a ring or outer ring (2) and a ring or inner ring is seated, (3) joined by the slats (4) through the punched holes radial (2.1 and 3.1) and positioned and engaged by the necklines or notches (4.5) which have the slats (4) at their lower ends, being all positioned. 2. toroidal diffuser for lighting systems according to the first claim, characterized in that the outer ring or annulus (2) profile in "U" with a wing of greater length having a curvature toward its inside and having thereon a series of holes (2.1), mixed -triangular box section. 3. toroidal diffuser for lighting systems according to the first claim, characterized in that the inner circular ring or crown (3) profile in "U" with a wing of greater length having a curvature toward its outside and having thereon a series of holes (3.1), mixed -triangular box section. 4. toroidal diffuser for lighting systems according to the preceding claims, characterized in that the slats (4) starting from a plane development constitutes a figure of rectangle profile - triangular section coincident with holes (2.1 and 3.1) in the slats and the cross encastran through the recesses (5) which are arranged on the lower ends of the slats (4). 5. toroidal diffuser for lighting systems according to the first claim, characterized in that the flat base (5), incorporated on the bearing surface of the diffuser assembly respective spring legs (6), designed to position the toroidal diffuser.
