The fixing device has elements of plow, ploughshares, tips, cutters and an intermediate fixing element, formed by a massive body, which joins the plow element with a support arm. The fixing element of a fixation medium is linked to the support arm of a guiding medium for the insertion of the fixation element inside the plow element. The element has a transversely passing orifice, depending on the direction of the guide medium for the insertion of a detachable pin. An insertion position of the pin, acts as a retention element of the cutters depending on the fixing element.
