[PROBLEMS] To provide a building having a vibration control reinforcement structure which can enhance the vibration control performance of an existing building without rebuilding it and exhibiting excellent workability as compared with a conventional method of reinforcing piles, thus shortening the term of construction sharply. [MEANS FOR SOLVING PROBLEMS] Poles (5, 7) higher than an existing building (1) are erected on the outside thereof, and a vibration control apparatus (6) is installed above the existing building. Thereafter, the poles are coupled by means of beams (10) above the existing building and the beams are coupled with the vibration control apparatus (6) located below.
