SHIP GUARD DEVICE FOR PROTECTING SHIP HULL FROM IMPACT AND THE FABRICATION METHOD

A ship guard device for protecting ship hull from impact includes a soft plate and a bracket which are conjugated and fixed together. The soft plate is a plate which includes steel, rubber, sponge and steel wire. The bracket is a fixing rail in parallel. The soft plate comprises a layer(s) of sponge in high density, a layer(s) of steel and a layer of anti-burning sealing rubber with steel wire and steel plate. This invention also relates to a fabrication method of this device. This device can be mounted on the hull where the steel plates are soldered or riveted. Using this device can cushion even counteract the force of extrusion which willbe produced when the ships come into collision, then decrease the possibility of the accident.
