The present invention relates to a system for remote and digital data transmission and location by satellite from mobile or fixed terminals with urban surveillance cameras for face recognition, gunshot detector, capturing of public security personnel, missing or kidnapped persons, citizens' alarm and vehicle control, recording traffic violations and detection of stolen vehicles, all the modules communicating with a control centre which comprises the combination of a camera with optical zoom located on a post or structure, said camera being used to take a photograph; said photograph is sent to the control centre (2) via a data link providing the photograph (3), in real time, said photograph is forwarded to a global module (4), which transmits it to a security filter (5) for analysis and, once the information is made secure, the photograph is returned to the module (4), and from there it goes to the person identification module (6), and it publishes the photograph or ID with all the data (7); with an arrangement of a series of microphones (8), coupled to a structure and an electronic panel (9), said arrangements making it possible to recognize sound signatures such as gunshots in different intensities of noise, said control centre also acting as a data processor to record the payment of automatic fines for traffic violations and various public services aimed at the corresponding people by means of a unique identity control system with additional capacity for the application of payments.
