The photochemical reaction preparative method of the four-membered ring compounds of general formula I or II is provided, wherein the light source is the mixing light source or single band light source with the wave length of 250nm to 500nm, and the use of the said compounds in the domain of chemistry, biology and medical science as B type G protein couple receptor regulator is also provided.
