The device has a frame (5) having a wheel axle with two additional wheels (3), by which it is formed as moving device. A wheel holding arrangement is provided for the additional wheels, which are coupled or detached in an operating condition of the moving device, with which the wheel holding arrangement at vehicle wheels (2) are placed in an assembly position (13). The wheel holding arrangement has a wheel holder (16), which is arranged in rotating manner relative to the assembly position at the frame.
