The invention relates to a circuit arrangement for analysis and compensation of the signals fo an inductive displacement sensor, comprising a first operating amplifier (OP1), a second operating amplifier (OP2) and a coil having a coil inductance (L1) and a coil resistance (Rcul) for a displacement measurement, wired in parallel with the output of the second operating amplifier (OP2) and the first input of the second operating amplifier (OP2) and connected to a capacitance (C1) in series with the coil inductance (L1) and coil resistance (Rcu1) to form an RLC series tuned circuit. In order to improve the accuracy of a measured resonance frequency, the circuit arrangement can be extended with a second coil with a second coil inductance (L2) and a second coil resistance (Rcu2) for a temperature compensation, by connecting a first of the ends of the coil winding thereof to a second end of the coil winding of the first coil and a second of the ends of the coil winding thereof to the second input of the first operating amplifier (OP1).
