A device for mass producing a handle of a shopping bag is provided to mass produce the handle and to cut both ends of the handle automatically with a hot wire. A device for mass producing a handle of a shopping bag includes an upper mold(10) and a lower mold(20). The upper mold comprises a plurality of moving members(11) that drop a string(30) provided from a string feed section(60) while moving in consecutive order. The top of the lower mold has a plurality of string insertion groove, from which the string comes out. As a fixture fixed to both ends of the string gets into a fixture insertion groove formed between the string insertion grooves to form a handle, a cutting section(70) is applied for hot wire cutting, thereby forming a desired handle.
