The physiological saline solution comprising deep sea water is provided to activate functions of human body by supplying inorganic ions derived from deep sea water and inhibit growth of bacteria, so that it is useful for treatment of patients. The physiological saline solution comprises deep sea water selected from concentrated water of deep sea water by reverse osmosis, filtered water of deep sea water by reverse osmosis, concentrated water of deep sea water by electrodialysis, filtered water of deep sea water by electrodialysis and a mixture thereof and is formulated as spray or injection.
