A rigid connection method of a precast concrete column and steel beams by bolted transformed transfer blocks is provided to increase tolerance related to production and construction errors in a job site by coupling transfer blocks with steel beams by bolts at a connection of a precast concrete column and steel beams. A rigid connection method of a precast concrete column and steel beams by bolted transformed transfer blocks is formed for connecting a PC concrete column buried with reinforcing bars having stop nuts at the fixed height of a body to make screw holes exposed to one side and steel beams coupled with transformed transfer blocks(24) by bolts at the top or bottom of a flange by bolts by fastening bolts to the screw holes via through holes(26) of the transformed transfer blocks.
