A manufacturing method of a vegetation block using an environment-friendly construction method and a construction method of environment-friendly vegetation blocks are provided to keep environment-friendly blocks strongly, and to maintain or restore an ecosystem by taking root in environment-friendly vegetation blocks and a bank slope. A manufacturing method of a vegetation block using an environment-friendly construction method comprises the steps of: manufacturing a soil ball in the type of a hard solid by mixing 80~90 weight percent soil and 1~20 weight percent water and compressing in the shape of gravel using a compressor, and then drying; manufacturing mortar by mixing 50~80 weight percent cement, 20~50 weight percent sand and 2~20 weight percent water; inputting 30~70 weight percent soil ball to the mortar and mixing, and then inputting in a block shaping machine. A construction method of vegetation blocks comprises the steps of constructing environment-friendly vegetation blocks to be inclined continuously and sowing seeds on the environment-friendly vegetation blocks, and then covering with soil or sand.
