A driving chip package, a liquid crystal display having the same, and a method for manufacturing a driving chip package are provided to adhere polymer beads to a lead of a driving chip package by an adhesive to prevent a defect from occurring while joining the driving chip package with a liquid crystal panel, thereby improving the manufacturing yield. Driving chip packages(100,200) include insulator films, circuit patterns, a driving chip connected with the circuit wire, and polymer beads attached to the lead by an adhesive, wherein the polymer beads are coated with a conductive material. The circuit patterns are formed on the insulator films and have a circuit wire and a lead formed at an end of the circuit wire and connecting with an external terminal. A liquid crystal display device includes a plurality of connecting terminals formed along the edge, a liquid crystal panel(410) receiving a driving signal from the outside through the connecting terminals for displaying image information, and the driving chip packages. The polymer beads of the driving chip packages are attached to the lead of the driving chip packages to apply an electric current between the connecting terminals and the lead.
