PROCESS FOR PRODUCING DRIED SEMIPERMEABLE COMPOSITE MEMBRANE

A method for producing a dried semipermeable composite membrane is provided, wherein the dried semipermeable composite membrane has very low contents of non-reaction components, is excellent in water permeation performance and salt rejection rate even after drying, and has excellent contamination resistance and durability as well. A method for producing a dried semipermeable composite membrane comprises the processes of: forming a skin layer on a surface of a porous support to produce a semipermeable composite membrane, the skin layer comprising a polyamide-based resin formed by reacting a polyfunctional amine component with a polyfunctional acid halide component; cleaning the semipermeable composite membrane to produce a cleaning-completed semipermeable composite membrane; contacting only a surface of a porous support of the cleaning-completed semipermeable composite membrane with a moisturizing solution comprising a moisturizer and a hydrophilizing agent, and contacting only a surface of a skin layer of the cleaning-completed semipermeable composite membrane with a protection solution to produce a treatment-completed semipermeable composite membrane; and drying the treatment-completed semipermeable composite membrane.
