A method for manufacturing a thermal conductive sheet having an electromagnetic interference shielding function using nano-composite carbon fiber is provided to save manufacturing cost, improve workability, and reduce a usage space by using one thermal conductive sheet having both a heat emitting function and an EMI(Electromagnetic Interference) shielding function. A method for manufacturing a thermal conductive sheet having an electromagnetic interference function using nano-composite carbon fiber includes the steps of: mixing a thermal conductive filler and EMI powder with a thermosetting resin or a thermoplastic resin by rates with a usage characteristic(S1); impregnating the nano-composite carbon fiber with the mixed material(S2); putting the impregnated nano-composite carbon fiber into a mold for manufacturing the thermal conductive sheet, which is heated at 50 to 250 degree centigrade(S3); forming a hot press by laying an upper mold on a lower mold by adjusting upper and lower gaps of the mold suitable for a thickness of a thermal conductive sheet to be formed(S4); and extracting the thermal conductive sheet having the EMI shielding function by vulcanizing the hot press in a dryer for 20 to 90 minutes after the forming(S5).
