PURPOSE: A conductive foam sheet for an electromagnetic wave shielding gasket, a manufacturing method thereof, and an electromagnetic wave shielding gasket including the same are provided to minimize environmental contamination by giving conductivity to a foam surface through electroless plating and electroplating. CONSTITUTION: A foam sheet having an elastic force is degreased by a hydrophobic organic solvent. A polarity is given to a foamed surface of the foam sheet by an amine or silane coupling agent. The amine coupling agent is selected from groups composed of triethanolammine, diethanolamine, ethylenediamine, and methyldiethanolamine. An electroless plating layer is formed on the surface of the foam sheet with thickness of 1000~3000. An electroplating layer is formed on the electroless plating layer with thickness of 0.5~3.0um.
