A large area agricultural chemical sprayer/sprinkler is provided to adjust an angle while a blast fan case and a spray pipe are aligned on the same line, and to transfer power from a bottom-to-top direction. An agricultural chemical sprayer/sprinkler comprises a body(200) mounted on a load rack(110) of an automotive, the body including a power generator, a spray unit(300) composed of a spray pipe(310) and a blast fan casing(320), thereby laterally rotating by a rotation control unit(500), and a tank(400). For the spray unit to slant at an arbitrary angle and to transfer power at the same time, a bevel gear and its counterpart bevel gear are provided to be driven by a shaft of the power generator. For the blast fan to rotate, a fixed bevel gear and its counterpart bevel gear rotate in gear such that the fan rotates by a drive generation axis connected to the fixed bevel gear.
