A stamper mold for a wave guide sheet, a manufacturing method thereof, a manufacturing method of a wave guide sheet using the same, and a wave guide sheet manufactured by the same are provided to improve productivity sufficiently by simplifying manufacturing time and process steps. A method for manufacturing a stamper mold includes: preparing a mold substrate; mounting the mold substrate inside a process chamber; processing a surface of the mold substrate to form a concave portion(210) depressed from the surface of the mold substrate and a projection portion protruding from the surface of the mold substrate. The step of preparing a mold substrate includes performing a lapping process for a process surface on which the concave portion and the projection portion will be formed to mirror-surface-process the process surface.
