A washing machine for a small damp towel is provided to eliminate remaining detergent or bleach and to improve washing effect by supplying hot steam into a drum while progressing a washing process. A washing machine for a small damp towel using steam comprises a plate(3), an outer fixed case(4), a washing drum(5), a motor(6), a cover(7), and a steam chamber(9). The plate is mounted at a body frame(1) by an air tube(2). The outer fixed case is fixed to the plate. The washing drum is rotatably installed at the outer fixed case. The motor rotating the washing drum is fixed to the plate. The cover is installed at the outer fixed case, and opens and closes the washing drum. The steam chamber wherein a steam supply pipe(8) is connected, is formed at an outer periphery of the outer fixed case.
