PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rolled damp towel with a firm winding core part having a stable retaining force to the winding of a damp towel sheet; a manufacturing method of the rolled damp towel and a rolling apparatus for use in manufacturing the rolled damp towel.;SOLUTION: A primary turnup lap part turned up at a primary turnup fold 2 is formed at a winding start part side of the damp towel sheet, a secondary turnup lap part turned up at a secondary turnup fold 4 is formed on the primary turnup lap part, the secondary turnup lap part is wound with the secondary turnup fold 4 approximately stacked on the primary turnup fold 2 to form a wind core part 6, and a following damp towel sheet part S2 is wound using the wind core part 6 as the core to form the rolled damp towel 1.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT
