An apparatus for deciphering a lap-on-a-disk is provided to decipher a lap-on-a-disk electrochemically by transferring and reacting a micro-amount of sample by the movement using the centrifugal force. An apparatus(10) for deciphering a lap-on-a-disk comprises a lap-on-a-disk(20) which has contact parts on an upper surface; a disk mount(110) where the lap-on-a-disk is loaded; a drive part(120) which rotates the disk mount; and a head part(200) which is connected electrically with the contact parts at the upper part of the lap-on-a-disk and is combined with the disk mount so as to be rotated. Preferably the head part is provided with spring pins(220) which are in contact with the contact parts of the lap-on-a-disk; and a circuit board(210) which is provided with an electrical signal from the spring plates to process it.
