An information receiver(105) receives company establishment condition information and the information for the celebrity joining in a company to be founded and/or providing the brand to the company from a community member terminal. An information processor(110) classifies the received company establishment information into each celebrity, posts the classified company establishment condition information to the web, and transmits the classified company establishment condition information to a celebrity terminal. An information storing part(120) links, stores, and registers the celebrity information, the community information, and the company establishment condition information to a storage medium(125) if the celebrity selects one of the company establishment condition information presented by the community members.
