A system and a method for processing information for establishing a celebrity brand company and dividing stocks, and a program recording medium thereof are provided to enable the celebrity to create a new brand value and form unique concept by utilizing portrait rights or popularity of the celebrity, and enable a community and a maker to increase brand popularity of the celebrity and pursue profit through stock sharing as a small stockholder of a celebrity brand company. An information receiver(105) receives/inputs celebrity company information from the celebrity and/or the maker. An information classifier(115) reads/classifies the received celebrity company information into each goods category and/or each celebrity. An information processor(110) posts the classified information to the web, and provides the classified information when a general or community member terminal is connected. An information storing part(120) links, stores, and registers the goods information, the celebrity information, and member information to a storage medium(135) if the general or the community member selects more than one of classified information.
