An information receiver(105) receives celebrity brand company establishment condition information from at least more than one community member, the celebrity, and the maker. An information classifier(115) reads and classifies the celebrity brand company establishment condition information into goods to be sold by a company to be established. An information processor(110) provides the celebrity with the community member and maker information suggesting the same goods or celebrity brand company establishment condition information, provides the community member with the celebrity and maker information suggesting the same goods or celebrity brand company establishment condition information, and/or provides the maker with the community member and celebrity information suggesting the same goods or celebrity brand company establishment condition information.
