A preparation method of a healthful beverage and the healthful beverage are provided to enable patients who have a bad circulation to easily eat the healthful beverage by improving the specific taste and flavor of seaweeds used for the beverage. A healthful beverage is prepared by the steps of: (a) heating 2~5wt.pt. of dried green laver, 1~4wt.pt. of dried Codium fragile, 5~20wt.pt. of dried Sea weed fusiforme, 13~25wt.pt. of dried sea tangle, 16~30wt.pt. of dried brown seaweed, 2~5wt.pt. of dried laver, 1~5wt.pt. of dried Grateloupia filicina, 3~8wt.pt. of dried mugwort, 3~8wt.pt. of dried Capsella bursa-pastoris, 1~4wt.pt. of dried Potamogeton oxyphyllus, 66~150wt.pt. of Acer mono, 66~150wt.pt. of Betula schmidtii, 66~150wt.pt. of Acer palmatum, 16~25wt.pt. of Taxus cuspidata, 6~15wt.pt. of Phellinus linteus, 10~25wt.pt. of Ganoderma lucidum, 0.6~1.5wt.pt. of bamboo charcoal, 0.6~1.5wt.pt. of hardwood charcoal, and 6000~10000wt.pt. of water, based on 100wt.pt. of ginger, at 80~120°C for 1~4hr to obtain an undiluted solution; (b) rapidly cooling the undiluted solution, and storing it at -10~-20°C for 10~15day; (c) thawing the frozen undiluted solution at room temperature, and removing sediments to obtain a first supernatant; (d) freezing the first supernatant, and storing it at -10~-20°C for 10~15days; and (e) thawing the frozen first supernatant at room temperature, and removing sediments to obtain a second supernatant.
