A complex medical film interpretation apparatus is provided to allow a doctor to conveniently perform treatment and consultation by displaying a diagnostic image as well as an X-ray film. A complex medical film interpretation apparatus(100) includes a light emitting panel(120), a display panel(140), and a case(110). The light emitting panel has a light emitting module with a plurality of light emitting diodes, a driving unit to drive the light emitting module, and a transmitting plate to transmit light emitted from the light emitting diodes. The display panel displays a received image signal on a screen. The case receives the light emitting panel and the display panel while exposing the screen of the display panel and the transmitting plate of the light emitting plate in parallel with each other. The case has a fixing clip to tightly fix a film(230) to the transmitting plate.
