PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a medical image diagnostic reading request device and a medical image diagnostic reading request system for largely reducing labor and load of a person in charge of request by automatically distributing medical image data related to the examination of a remote diagnostic reading request object to a proper diagnostic reading request destination for making an diagnostic reading request. PSOLUTION: A medical image diagnostic reading request device which transmits the diagnostic reading request of the medical image data to a diagnostic reading facility, and receives an diagnostic reading report showing an diagnostic reading result from the diagnostic reading facility is configured as follows. That is, this medical image diagnostic reading request device includes: a condition setting function 2a for setting conditions related to an diagnostic reading request; an object examination narrowing-down function 2b for extracting the examination of an diagnostic reading request object on the basis of set conditions; an X-ray diagnostic reading facility specifying function 2c for specifying the X-ray diagnostic reading facility which makes an diagnostic reading request on the basis of the set conditions; a transmission function 2d for transmitting medical image data related to the extracted examination with the set conditions to the specified diagnostic reading facility; and a reception function 2e for receiving the diagnostic reading report.
