The rack bars move backwards and forwards on a square frame(10). The rakes are installed to the end of the rack bar to pick up and convey filth in water. The upper and lower rails are installed to the frame to switch the movement of the rakes vertically or horizontally. The conveyor is installed to convey the filth removed by the rakes.
