A proteoliposome is provided to maximize the solubility and the stability of an adenovirus by forming the same using a wild type-proapolipoprotein A-I(WT-proapoA-I) or a variant protein thereof(V156K-proapoA-I), thereby delivering genes with high efficiency and maximizing the therapeutic effect. A proteoliposome including phospholipids and proteins such as cholesterol is characterized in that the protein is a variant of SEQ ID : NO. 6 where the 156th valine of an apolipoprotein A-I in a pro-apolipoprotein A-I of SEQ ID : NO. 1 or a pro-apolipoprotein is substituted with lysine. A gene delivery system is characterized in that a virus such as an adenovirus exists in the proteoliposome.
