METHOD OF PREPARING PLASTIC ARTICLES WITH EXCELLENT ANTIBACTERIAL AND ANTIFUNGAL PROPERIES

A method for preparing a plastic product is provided to improve antibacterial effect, fungicidal effect and far infrared rays radiating effect by using Bacillus species SSA3. A method for preparing a plastic product comprises the steps of maturing a powder containing the pulverized pegmatite having a size of 0.35-1 micrometers in the presence of Bacillus species SSA3 at a temperature of 35-45 deg.C for 10-20 days and drying it to prepare a functional powder; mixing 100 parts by weight of a dye and 3-4 parts by weight of the obtained functional powder to prepare a mixture; and mixing 100 parts by weight of a plastic composition selected from polyethylene, polypropylene and polyethylene terephthalate with 3-4 parts by weight of the obtained mixture and molding it.
