FIELD: mining industry; chemical industry; other industries; methods and the devices for dressing of the raw materials composed both from the natural and technogenic formations.;SUBSTANCE: the invention presents the group of inventions pertaining to dressing of the raw materials composed from the natural and technogenic formations in the different branches of the national economy. The technical result of the inventions is the simultaneous separation of the multicomponent raw for the fractions with production of the useful concentrate of the heightened quality. The method of dressing of the multicomponent raw provides for separation and withdrawal of the ingredients by the fractions in the rotating with the high speed and intersecting among themselves magnetic fields with the inductivity of not less than 1.5 T. The separation of the ingredients is exercised by layers in the raw flow, which is perpendicular to the directions of the magnetic fields rotation, and in the suspended state of the ingredients. Withdrawal of the ingredients of the raw is exercised with the direct help of the rotating magnetic fields and the traveling along the withdrawal path electromagnetic field. The electromagnetic separator used for realization of the method includes the feeder (1), two parallel rotors with the magnetic systems (2) and the separation chamber (3). Along the rotors the receivers(4) are allocated. In the separation chamber (3) there is the mounted separating chute (5) with the offtakes (9) and the housing (12). The magnetic system of each rotor is made in the form of the longitudinal rows of the magnetic blocks (13). Each block is assembled from four bipolar permanent magnets with the poles coincided in the middle the block. Under the separating chute there are the fixed electromagnetic vibrator (6) and the vortex currents generator(7).;EFFECT: the invention ensures the simultaneous separation of the multicomponent raw for the fractions with production of the useful concentrate of the heightened quality.;6 cl, 4 dwg
