Moreover, after paravertebral costal intersection it is necessary to carry out mobilizing subperiosteal isolation outwards and repeated costal intersection outwards against the shoulder blade, and the developed defect of costal carcass should be closed not only due to applying the sutures at the edge of the dissected periosteum, applying transcostal and intercostals sutures, but with the shoulder blade being returned to its position.
