FIELD: medicine.;SUBSTANCE: method involves removing regional lymph nodes, suturing fat cellular tissue surrounding them without touching blood vessels. Nerves segment innervating surgical intervention zone, is removed proximally relative to operation place. Lymph collection region of the removed lymph nodes is also removed.;EFFECT: wide range of applications in studying pathogenesis; enhanced effectiveness in determining treatment efficiency.
