FIELD: food processing.;SUBSTANCE: invention is assigned to be used in food industry for producing the meat-vegetable tinned food. The tinned food is produced by cutting and roasting chicken meat in the vegetable oil; cutting and blanching the spring onion and champignons; frosting the fresh green peas and beating the hen's eggs. The prepared components are mixed at the oxygen-free conditions with white dessert wine, soy sauce, sugar and sodium chloride. Then, the obtained mixture and the bony broth are packed, sealed and sterilised. The components are taken at the specified ratio.;EFFECT: tinned food has improved aasimilability.
