METHOD OF COMBINED DIAMOND-ABRASIVE AND STRENGTHENING TREATMENT OF PARTIAL SPHERICAL SURFACES

FIELD: technological processes.;SUBSTANCE: rotational movement is sent to preform. Preform is polished with diamond-abrasive tool. Then strengthening processing of preform is carried out with rotating deforming tool. Diamond-abrasive tool is arranged in the form of ring with internal conical surface, on which diamond-abrasive layer is applied, and is installed at the butt-end of helical cylindrical spring, the second butt-end of which is fixed at spindle. Deforming tool is arranged in the form of ring with toroidal internal surface and is installed at the end of its helical cylindrical spring, the second end of which is fixed at its spindle drive. At that diamond-abrasive and deforming tools are installed opposite to each other in respect to preform and at the angle to the plane that is perpendicular to longitudinal axis of preform and that passes through center of its spherical surface. Contact is provided between diamond-abrasive and deforming tools and processed surface of preform along circumferences, the planes of which are perpendicular, accordingly, to longitudinal axes of helical cylindrical springs of diamond-abrasive and deforming elements.;EFFECT: technological resources are expanded; quality and precision of processing are increased.;4 dwg, 1 ex
