FIELD: technological processes; electricity.;SUBSTANCE: coating is applied on elastic elements with high-frequency magnetron sputtering from catalytically active and highly-electroconductive oxide-metal materials YSZ+Pt+V or YSZ+Ag. High-frequency magnetron sputtering of oxide-metal material YSZ+Pt+V is performed in mixture of inertial gas and oxygen with angle of elastic elements incline to the axis of bundle by 60 at continuous rotation of elastic elements around discharge axis in one direction, and high-frequency magnetron sputtering of oxide-metal material YSZ+Ag is performed in inertial gas. Position of elastic elements during sputtering is fixed with spot welding.;EFFECT: increase of output characteristics and resource of medium and low temperature hard oxide fuel elements.;6 cl, 2 dwg
