FIELD: medicine; traumatology.;SUBSTANCE: talocrural joint is accessed; surgical debridement of suppurative focus follows while articular surfaces of shin and astragaloid bone are excised. Thus prior to joint intervention Ilizarov's apparatus is applied. And at the completion stage of surgical debridement of suppurative focus haemostatic antiseptic sponge tightened at compression is placed within region of astragaloid and shin bonesaw-lines.;EFFECT: reduced injury of operative intervention and considerable haemorrhage decrease.;1 ex
