The invention relates to metrology accounting of natural gas to flow meters and with metering nodes, measuring the flow quantity and the calorific value of natural gas and may be used in particular for measuring the density at standard conditions and volume flow rate, reduced to standard conditions of natural gas for counters -raskhodomerov mass. Device for measuring density at standard conditions and volume flow reduced to standard gas conditions consists of a device for measuring the density at standard conditions of natural gas and of the counter-flow meter the mass of natural gas device for measuring the density in standard and working conditions of the natural gas, comprising means for measuring the pressure and natural gas, the calculation unit and interface unit temperature. Additionally; a device for measuring the density of a standard and working gas environment comprises an interface unit which is adapted to enter information about the ranges of physico-chemical parameters of natural gas (density in standard conditions, the density of the operating conditions of carbon dioxide and nitrogen). A computing unit configured to calculate gas compressibility factor based on the measured values of pressure and temperature, and on the basis of initial values of physico-chemical parameters of natural gas. Also, the calculation unit configured to calculate the standard density based on the initial values of density under operating conditions, the measured pressure and temperature values, and based on the calculated compressibility coefficient. Also, the calculation unit is configured to determine the minimum difference between the control value calculated by the density at standard conditions and certain compressibility coefficient when calculating the initial value for the density in standard conditions. Also, the calculation unit is configured to predominantly cyclic repetition determining the minimum difference between the standard density control operations. Also, the calculation unit is arranged to determine the density at standard conditions, which has a minimum target difference. Also, the interface unit is adapted to output density under standard conditions, which has a minimum; a control difference and a density in the standard conditions of the supplied gas.
