The task is achieved due to the fact that the training and laboratory complex comprises a bioreactor, the bioreactor control unit, the water treatment unit, a gas treatment, steam generator, a UV irradiator apparatus for the preparation of nutrient media, machine control unit for the preparation of culture media. Water treatment unit connected hoses with valves to the steam generator, the apparatus preparation of nutrient media, bioreactor, a steam hose connected to a valve distributor comb. Manifold hoses with valves connected to the apparatus for the preparation of nutrient media, bioreactor, manifold, wherein the manifold is equipped with a drain valve.
