The system (1) has two C-bends (4, 16) acting as retaining units for an x-ray measuring system (10) with an x-ray emitter (12) and an x-ray detector (14), and a nuclear-medical measuring system (22). The system (22) acts a positron-emission tomography with scintillation detectors that are arranged at an end of the C-bends, and as a single-photon-emission computer tomography with a detector arranged at the end. A counter weight for medical stabilization is arranged at the end. A control unit receives a nuclear-medical diagnostic image from an angle of view at an x-ray medical diagnostic image. An independent claim is also included for a method for detecting medical image information.
