The system has a cooling plate (2) with a cooling medium channel, and two connecting parts (4, 6) with two transverse channels (14, 20), where stainless steel tubes (8) is provided as the cooling medium channel. The connecting parts are made of stainless steel, and are splitted along a middle axis of the channels. A chamfer of the transverse channels is provided with through holes (24, 26) that are present at the tubes of the cooling plate. The tubes are connected with the chamfer of the channels, and parts of each connecting parts are connected in a non-removable manner.
