The table has table top (1) and legs (2). The legs are angled and have a knee (3). The legs are assembled together under the knee by a joint element (4). Each leg section is pivoted above the knees around the axis of the leg section under the knee. The leg and the table top are connected with each other by guide elements. The guide elements are fixed at the lower side of the table top. Hinges are fixed at the upper ends of the legs, which are guided along in the guide elements and which receive the rotation of the legs.
